If you could go back in time and prevent a nuclear holocaust, would you? No, of course not. Why bother? Humans as a collective are stupid and will destroy themselves another way.

On an entirely unrelated note, I read this book while enjoying a nice Soylent Rock. It's chock full of minerals and slime. My life is bleak, but I've always got my daily dose of olivine!
