Previously he served as senior pastor of Calvin Presbyterian Church in Zelienople, PA; and was adjunct professor at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary Doctor of Ministry program, as well as at Tyndale Theological Seminary in Toronto, Ontario.

I'm giving this book 4 stars for the first 3 chapters. After that I thought it became repetitious and did not offer much more than had already been stated.
