I read this many times as a kid, and really liked it. However, as an adult I realize most of the mysteries are not the best set up with not many suspects, and most of the clues only coming up at the last moment. These comics are short, so it makes sense there aren't many red herrings or that elaborate of a set up. The art is good and the artstyle changes between some of the short stories while still looking like the Scooby-Doo I love.
As an adult I would give it 2 stars, but having read it many times as a kid, due to my love if it, I know that it is a great kids read. As a child I might've given it 4 or 5 stars, so I thought I'd split the difference, and give it 3. Concluding that this collection if short comics are well drawn, with okay writing, but is a fun amd entertaining read for kids who are fans of Scooby-Doo.
