A good resource to cover knee problems, whether they are minor or major. There are exercises to prevent injury and exercises to recover from injuries, as well as advice on when you should see doctors or consider surgery.

As someone who's had a knee injury, I wanted to know exactly what my injury was, how it was caused, and also what I needed to do to prevent the injury from recurring and to keep myself from getting other knee injuries. This book provided me with the information for exactly that.

It is by no means a book for someone in medicine, but if you want a basic understanding of the structure of your knee (bones, muscles, and tendons), the various types of injuries, an overview of stretches and exercises you can do to strengthen knees, as well as a description of how physical activities (such as pilates, yoga, meditation, etc.) help prevent injury and promote rehabilitation, and information about knee surgeries, this book is for you.

It provides a very good high level overview and is written in such a way that you could probably read it in a day. It also has references in case you want more information. Just what I was looking for.
