Okay, finally finished after so long. It is a good to start out if you want to learn about health and Nutrition, wasn't the most entertaining and was some what vague. The research was well done, but it had some cheesy comedic phrases in there. There were also some errors, but nothing to extravagant. It just explains the nutritional values of foods, and ow to prevent certain diseases, which is helpful. This is more of a quick reference book.
