Good introduction to explain what the authors mean by strengths, easily digestible through anecdotes.

The strengths library is also easy to read through. The only downside is that as the theory gets updated, the book no longer has the full set.

The book is very helpful. The only displeasure is the fact that the free strenghts assessment " Realise 2" is not available anymore.
