Very interesting and straightforward information for someone who wants to create their own weightlifting program. He gets to the point. I can see my self referring to this every 2 months when it is time to switch things up in my routines.

This is an excellent book on exercise. It breaks everything down for you and helps you understand how to group your exercises by muscle. Highly recommended.

Looks good. Going to try the routines starting in the new year. Finishing this year with my trainer. Think I can do this on my own.

I used to email Gunnar a lot about making weight for fights, he always had good advice which was mainly to stop eating so much haha. The book is basically the only fitness book that you will ever need, especially when there are so many cheap duds on the market. It's the bible of fitness.

The first part of the book explains how fitness is like a car that runs on the 4 wheels of sleep, nutrition, anaerobic and aerobic training. The rest of the book delves into the muscular system and various exercises.

It's worth a read for anyone who wants to delve into the world of fitness, it's a rabbit hole that has no magical land at the bottom... it actually has no bottom, it's endless.
