Imperfectly Natural Woman: Getting Life Right the Natural Way
If the closest you've ever come to natural living is choosing the 'light' version of mayonnaise then this book is for you. If the only recycling you've ever done is chucking your wine bottles into the car park's bottle bin just to rejoice in the crashing sound it's still for you. Trust me, I'm no natural superwoman, but I do want to be as healthy, happy and eco-friendly as possible. In this book, I'll share with you my best-kept secrets for holistic living in a realistic way. You'll find great ideas and much much more.

I like this book. Full of ideas/info on 'natural' eco-living. It doesn't claim to be a definitive guide; it's more a collection of those nuggets that Janey Lee Grace has so far amassed. So, for example, you'll find amongst her 'imperfectly natural people', that there are those who wouldn't drink tap water if it was the last liquid on earth, and there are those who wouldn't touch bottled water on account of the chemicals it allegedly contains. It's very much a case of here's what I've found it, now you try it and decide.
The minus points are the poor subediting, the parts in which she bangs on about a particular product just way too much, and the constant reference to "those dreadful hipster jeans" (ok, so you don't like hipsters, Janey, but do you have to tell us every five minutes? How random!).

Knjiga ni nič posebnega, mogoče če ste res začetnik kar se tiče naravnega oz. bolj preprostega življenja. Veliko povezav in predlogov znamk, predvsem angleških, ki mogoče niso najbolj primerne. Prevajalka sicer na koncu navede nekaj slovenskih virov za nadaljno iskanje (spletne strani).

I love how many ideas this book gave me for simple things to change in day to day life, without ever seeming pretentious or pushy. The "do what you can manage" attitude is refreshing
