The beginnings of wolf Research and the people who defined it. It's older, and leaves you dying to know how each project turned out. Lots of info on wolves, missing some regions (due to politics), but a global scope as much as possible. I was surprised at all of the methods I was unaware of even then, so I don't know how things have progressed, but it's probably more impressive.
