GREAT book for us at this particular time! I didn't realize it would hit on something I'm currently dealing with Kay on....fear of dogs.

Kaylee says: "It's great and it's the best book ever in the world. You might like it. She wanted a pet, cat, and her mom was allergic to cats. And she was crying, so her mom made a deal and she said 'we can keep her somewhere at the friends house.' And she got a new pet, bird. She liked it, and then, a dog ran in her house. And then the dog licked her face. And then she she was singing around the table. She didn't like the dog at first. The dog wasn't being so rough, so she liked him."

This installment of the series had the weakest lesson, but it was still an enjoyable read. Fun about pets with a moral about moving beyond first impressions.
