"My Favorite Mistake" review by Bela--Mary Castillo is a pretty good story-teller, but it just seems that she should stick to short stories instead of lengthy novels, which seem to go nowhere. Out of all her books, this was the best one.
"Hearts are wild" review by Celia--I liked Tori. I could relate to her in almost every way—from her putting work first above all else, including love, to having friends practically shove a man-whore in your face. Even your own mother!
"Revenge of the fashion goddess" review by Sandra--This story had a bunch of flawed reality, full of repressed fear and personal growth, which made for a true-to-life page-turner.
"The more things change" review by Minnie--Ultimately, I feel that this story just did not belong in a book filled with stories of love burgeoning from a wild Friday night. Not that it was a bad story. It actually was a critical study of how women forge lasting friendships, even if it doesn’t really last forever.
