logically presented and simple to understand, but if this is easy, then setting up a nonprofit is much more complicated than I expected.

sets a good foundation. A few nice chapters of people management. I found it a very weak regarding tangible NPO/501c3 application information and tax/IRS information.

The parts on employment and finances were probably the best. And a good introductory.
