I enjoyed this book because I like toys. I did not like this book because I do not like being in jail.

Just like all of these it is a grosd simplification of the film. It is far less disturbing than the actual movie, however. Oz appreciated that.

A good beginning reader book that tells the story of the movie Toy Store using simple words that new readers can read.

Buzz, Woody, and the other toys are looking for a new home, but they get trapped in Sunnyside Daycare! With the help of other toys, Woody comes up with an escape plan, but will they ever find a new home?? With basic vocabulary and short sentences, this would be a great early reader to use with students, especially if they are already familiar with Toy Story 3. I love how a 2 hour movie can be condensed to 3 paragraphs!

This book is part of a Step into Reading program by Disney using the classic characters to make reading fun and interesting at all age and reading levels. This book is a level 2, "reading with help", which is considered to be preschool-grade 1. The book uses everyday worlds along with some new vocabulary. Very fun for young children who have seen the movie and know and love the characters.
