What a truly delightful book. A peak into the life of 11 year old Mazie May Farley in 1958. I laughed my way through so many of her capers. Small town life, family business, fun and laughter. Highly recommend.

Sweet story...

I've loved Renee Riva's books for years...they've been with me throughout all the awkward stages of growing up,and I still enjoy them very much! I was so pleased when I found this short story, a cute tale of a young girl with a crush. :)

This was a sweet story with charming characters set in the 1950s. I believe it's aimed at younger readers, but I enjoyed it as an adult.
