Ever since a cosmic phone call led five literal young goddesses - Belldandy, Urd, Skuld and, like occasional vowels, Peorth and Lind - to live in college student Keiichi's residence, his personal life has been turned upside-down, sideways, and sometimes even into strange dimensions! Keiichi knows something is strange when his brutish seniors give him a "gift" of a vintage camera to repair - but only learns how strange when he and Belldandy search out the identity of the beautiful girl whose picture they find inside... a picture taken more than forty years ago! Plus your fan art, letters, and special bonus commentary by the creator.

Kōsuke Fujishima (藤島康介, born July 7, 1964) is a Japanese manga artist.

Born in Chiba, Japan, he first came to public attention as an editor of Puff magazine, his first job after completing high school. Fujishima originally intended to be a draftsman, but took the editorial role after failing to get a drafting apprenticeship. He later became assistant to manga artist Tatsuya Egawa in the production of the Making Be Free! manga, and in 1986 began his first original manga series You're Under Arrest. His second manga series Oh My Goddess!, also translated as Ah! My Goddess, is extremely popular and has made Fujishima a household name in Japan. In addition, he is also well known as the character designer for several games in the Tales RPG video game series and Sakura Wars.

He is known for his love of automobiles and motorcycles, and several of his series and their characters reflect this, such as in éX-Driver and Oh My Goddess!.

Yah!! This one got back to the original spirit of the series! One of my faves so far. Two stories: 1) an antique camera, and Keichi and Belldandy have an adventure looking for the owner and 2) the beginning of a story about Keichi's sister getting dumped (for the 3rd time!!).

This one is actually really fun and cute. Keiichi is entrusted with a camera for repair. Because it's so old, they hope Keiichi can repair it. However, there is in fact a curse on the camera, eventually leading to Keiichi and Belldandy trying to track down the original owners. I thought it was a very sweet story.

This volume also leads up to Megumi getting some development in the next volume.

I really hate to put such a low rating on this but since I'm rating the individual volume instead of the series as a whole I have no choice. This is just dull. Art is good and its a cute story but there is nothing groundbreaking or character developing taking place. The group finds a camera and the volume's entire story focuses around it. That's it. Not exactly thrilling.

Cute little manga. I just read them when I find them, then pass them on. Totally out of order. This is # 35, but I never read any of the #1 through # 34. Just a fun read. And fast!

I really enjoyed reading this story actually :)

Sentaro'll still show up, even after that pointless yet cute drama with Skuld X)

Ah, the camera story was very cute as well. It was simple, but very well done, and I thought it was a great little episode, and pretty romantic as well. You don't really catch on until the end, but it's wonderful once you realize who the mysterious lady is :) Never heard of the couple before actually...I don't think they were mentioned beforehand...were we supposed to know them? X)

The next story with Megumi being dumped...ah...Keichii in his power ranger outfit being all big-brother-y about it...that was hilarious. Excited for the next story X)

For a new graphic novel reading this one was easy to maneuver. I appreciated the directions in the front (or back depending on how you read it). Great graphics, black and white draws.
