Just took my CLEP today and scored a 64 (passing score awarding credit is 50). I read this book but skipped the practice questions. Since this edition is 10 years old (I think), I also hunted down some information on Reddit.

This post has 24 pages of notes that were very helpful:

My advice is to make sure you know the names of people associated with the theories, not just the theories themselves. I doubt I would have passed if I hadn't studied.

Now that the important bit has been relayed, I hated every minute of this book. The whole subject is just How To Be A Shittier Person 101. The closest thing to "remember your employees are people" anywhere in here was something like "if you don't meet your employees' most basic safety needs, they'll get demotivated :( " Imma hurl.
