This book was quite in depth but put into laymans terms as much as the author could get away with. This book has opened my eyes dramatically to what I am putting into my body and just what a rip off a lot of the products in the marketplace are. I am lucky that I purchase nutriway supplements which are in the top ten brands of totally terrific supplements mentioned in this book. Now when I go to seminars etc, I know exactly what is being discussed when the vitamins and supplements etc are being discussed thanks to this awesome book. I am going to try to get it on ebooks so I can refer to it. I started making notes as I was reading but gave up pretty early on as I would have just duplicated the whole book so I figured best to just always have it as a reference point. I am now hoping to educate my friends, family and those that I come into contact with as to the vital importance of supplements. I am very active and currently exercising everyday so I require a lot from my body. Now I know that it will hold up under the pressure I put it under, all thanks to this book and what it has taught me.

One among the best nutrition book I've ever read. Liked the conversational style of the book, making it more digestable.
