Excellent perspective on the sought-after leadership style of Canadian leaders significantly differs from the style in the USA and some European countries. It tends to be more inclusive than divisive. The whole concept of having 1/3 of current leaders being innate, meaning they have exhibited leadership since a tender age. The other 2/3 of leaders tend to be accidental; that is, they step up when an issue or circumstances for which they are passionate arise.
