I have had the opportunity to read many of Joseph Marshall's books and I am never disappointed. This one is no exception. Joseph shares a wonderful history lesson from Lakotah teaching and lessons we all need to hear from the life of Crazy Horse. So many people I know have gone through a course on "leadership" and it hasn't benefited them at all. The author is able to bring Crazy Horse to life. It is an excellent book to read along with "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee". I am probably too western to appreciate this book, or the oral tradition. It always seemed like the author was making stuff up just to fill chapters. I made it more than halfway through the book - and the third version of each of the same few stories before I gave up.
