Mrs Chairbottom is on her way to babysit 8 year old Stewart and she's stuck in traffic with her driver Ronald. Stewart convinces his parents to leave so they won't miss their flight, they are off on vacation. Stewart knows he won't get into trouble, at least not til Mrs. Chairbottom gets there. She's a walking trouble magnet and she's bringing Petey her parrot, and that means double trouble!
