While walking into Barnes & Noble the Miso salmon burger on the front of this book caught my eye. Then the book found its way into my hands. The sections of fish and vegetarian burgers had me intrigued and the usual meat and other meats sections had me contemplating the acquisition of a meat grinder. For now I'll enjoy the recipes for grain, bean and fish burgers as inspiration for my own burger making expedition. Stay tuned. Oh and the toppings look delicious.

Pictures for every recipe = thumbs up and they look deliiiiicious!
Some perfectly ridiculous burgers = umm, I am never going to MAKE a Rumpsteak Burger (made with rump steak, bone marrow, and topped with a snail & parsley butter), or a Fillet Burger Rossini (with foie gras, truffle glaze and celeriac remoulade). Gimme a break!!! (...Although should someone else cook one of those for me, I will most definitely eat it.)
