Quick easy read

Quick and easy read. A good amount of information but I see that some of it just simply isn't going to fit my needs. There didn't seem to be modifications....either follow this book to a T or you'll not be successful is the message I got. Just another fad diet book.

Interesting ideas, we are giving it a try. It requires a lot of planning but the cheat day is fun. My husband has lost 11 pounds so far, and I have 9.

I like this book. I thought it had some good ideas and helpful hints.
It might take the cheat too far for some peoples dietary needs but it is interesting.
