Paul Franklin Crouch Sr. (March 30, 1934 – November 30, 2013) was an American religious broadcaster who, along with his wife Jan, co-founded the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).
The wonderful story of TBN, warts and all, not including the later scandals and lawsuits by family members. Truly a story of faith in God written by a man of faith who founded TBN, Paul Crouch, Sr. I loved the story of faith, the miracles that occurred to bring TBN into existence, and the battles, public and private, related by the one being fought and fighting. So much to learn from battle hardened people of faith. And I am writing this as someone who rarely watched TBN. But I did greatly enjoy the Holy Land experience in Orlando, FL, and miss its powerful performances and passion for Christ. It, in my opinion, was one of the great things built by TBN. I wish that it was still there. Sad.
Irrespective, if you like hearing from men and women of faith, and having your faith charged by their experiences and exploits, I highly recommend this book. Sometimes, seeing faith in action, as imperfect as it can be, trumps talking about faith. In this book, you will meet a man of great faith who did a great work for God, warts and all.
