This book contained many things I do not enjoy about self-help books-vague, imprecise language, no citations to any peer reviewed studies and examples taken mainly from the author’s perspective. Yet despite all this, there was something about the book that really connected with me and I found insights into myself, how I can seem to others and how I interact with others. This is a book worth reading even though I am not sure why it ‘works'.

This book is focused on people skills and identifying your dominant personality type and others around you. Then understand how they interact and what each type needs from the other. It's almost like a cheat sheet on how to manage relationships at work and in friendship groups better.
I've done a video review of this on Instagram via @read.byestelle if you want more feedback.
