Incredible.

Would give it 5 stars, but author proclaimed that Brie was the “Queen of all Cheese.” This is quite untrue, and don’t want my daughter misinformed.

Other than that, this book makes learning about cheese incredibly fun, even for those that are a bit lactose intolerant.

Can’t wait to read this one again!
