Funny Business
A collection of absurd and interesting facts from history, science, and customs or superstitions of cultures around the world. Blake's illustrations are interwoven with text and intended to complement the humorous and playful presentation of information by Cunningham. In no way a comprehensive or orderly collection, it moves from topic to topic with little concern for any larger context. The very short, discreet entries can be read at random. Comic interjections by cartoon characters provide the only continuity, sometimes referencing previous entries or making puns.

I was very fond of this book and it contributed greatly to my collection of obscure facts which has made me renowned among my friends as an obnoxious know-it-all always ready with a strange piece of information that has absolutely no bearing on anything else.
Perfect for curious children with short attention spans. Illustrations also make it a good one for kids who might not be the strongest readers.
Sadly, seems to be out of print.
