Wanted to do some research about the Maya for my upcoming novel and found this work on Amazon. Modern Maya a prime example of a quality ethnographic study. The pictures are very good at showing the subject matter and the author spent his time weaving a tale that is both interesting and informative. My only negative critique is the physical size of the book (more like a coffee table book).
