Wonderful book that addresses chronic pain and gives some solutions and encouragement.

This book offered a good general overview of the different kinds of chronic pain and various treatments and ways of dealing with it. The back also has a list of websites to get more information. In my view, more complete than most books on chronic pain, and I would recommend it s a good general resource.
