Nice place to start learning about herbs. Excellent herbed pizza crust recipe, that just needs to be doubled to make an ample pizza crust.
Good descriptions of the properties of different herbs. Also had great recipes! Nice intro book and good place to start if you're looking to start a medicinal herb garden.

For those interested in knowing your herbs or growing a garden this book is a godsend!!!
Waiting for my book to arrive in the mail. Hopefully this book lists medicinal uses of herbs. I have a shelf full of herbs with a general knowledge of them...but want to delve deeper.
Very useful book. Lists just about every herb you can imagine and their uses as well as how to grow them.
Good introduction to herbs, but those serious would do well from "Indian Herbology Of North America."
