This is the second book I have tried to read by this author. I don't like her. I normally like paranormal, but this is just plain weird. Her characters are unappealing.

This was cute!

The plot was different than most romances I’ve read. The cover had me thinking this was a vampire romance, but it’s a wizard romance!

It’s not over-the-top excellent, but a fun “palette cleanser” between some bigger/heavier reads. I also love the main character’s name: Esmenet Sokaris. How fun?
