I have used this book for over two decades now, but it never occurred to me to review it until now.
Compared to my other bird guides, I haven't used this one a lot, but this book has proven to be essential in identifying some rare escaped exotic birds. The last couple of years this book proved to be essential to help me identify two birds that I couldn't find in any other bird guide that I own, namely the black-bellied whistling duck (originally from tropic America) and the maned duck (originally from Australia). I live in Belgium, Western Europe.

Conclusion: It is a book that I haven't used or needed a lot, but every time I used it, I always found what I was looking for.
