With some picking and choosing, this book is a great toolbox! The author's writing style and tone didn't really resonate with me and some of the information is a bit dated (OHPs and cassette tapes?), but the book is packed with useful insights, usable techniques and all kinds of hands-on tips and tricks. To make your presentations stand out from the herd, this book (as part of a wider collection) is a great asset.

A book for trolls. "The use of sexist language is something you must also be careful to avoid in order to be in tune with today's society." Oh, not because it might be wrong? Or because it might offend a part of the audience? How does that fit with "think about your audience"? This book is about a troll advising other trolls.
