Just an insight into a freak of nature and the real person inside tons of muscle and heart.
Would I recommend this book?
No.
Should you read it?
No.
Why should you read it then?
Only if you are a MMA / UFC / WWE fan.

Unfortunately this book was a huge disappointment. The sources the author used were primary from second hand interviews from local newspapers and even a documentary from WWE. No real incite, I would say don't waste your time with this book.
