It’s time to change the misguided medical care in another world by using modern pharmacy!
When a young pharmacologist gives his life to his research and dies from overwork, he finds himself reincarnated as a boy named Farma, the son of the court physician. In a new world where faulty remedies run rampant, Farma uses modern pharmacy and cheat powers to cure all the diseases around him.
This is one of my comfort reads, so a nice relaxing re-read. An OP pharmacist trying to find his place in the world and bring in modern techniques. A second chance little sister, a frightened tutor and a disbelieving father. Illness and medical issues galore but the story kept things light, not sure it would be the same if he wasn't a child. Shame it wasn't an omnibus edition. The price is steep for this series.

A pharmacological researcher gets isekai'd, he's reborn into a magical world and uses his knowledge of medicine from his previous and current lives to become a great medical expert. A nice take.
Apperantly its not the only isekai about pharmacists, but it's probably the one with the best narrative.
It was... okay. I appreciate isekai where the main character uses their knowledge as their primary driving force (civil service-How a Realist Hero.. , Engineering- Release that Witch!, tax code and accounting - Accomplishments of a Duke's Daughter), but the sheer power that they also have (create or destroy any substance whose molecule they can comprehend... and that is just -one- of their abilities given in the first book). I will probably read further but not expecting to finish this one.
I could have enjoyed this medical isekai, but weird breast obsessed porny moments kept ruining the story. This book had a disturbing scene where his mother (!) stripped naked that was completely unnecessary. The maids could have applied the medicine. Does his diagnostic eye power have to function like x-ray glasses and show the female patient’s frontal nudity?

OK, now this was something different. Death by overworking :) Looks cute for now but no idea how is it supposed to progress. The setting is novel but it lack a hook. Will try the next one in any case.
An isekai where a researcher uses his knowledge of science to treat people. It's decent enough, but I run into a problem with "scientist gets isekai'ed" ones is not a single one seems to question whether their knowledge is applicable given magic exists.
I know he's overpowered but I am not annoyed at all! I didn't even think about him being a speshul snowflake; which is rather strange because, given my comments in other manga, I would've been extra pissed with the OPness and would've given this a 2-star rating. Hmmmm... I wonder why???
A fun story about a medical researcher from earth, dying and having his memories and knowledge being transferred to a child in another world, with magic. It is laced with historical plot arcs, as well as everyday life drama and comedy. The artwork is top quality as well. I can't wait for the next volume.
Having read lots of Isekai stories with their cheat MCs, I find this the most interesting so far. It's a move away from having OP stats and battle skills, or unique skills. It also appeals to me because I like chemistry and pharmacy :)
