This is the law of attraction for sales. Nothing new (or actually that useful). Believe that you will win and the vibrations will ripple out and make you win. Say affirmations about your success and it will happen. Plus lots of presumptive statements like, "You're probably already feeling more confident because you're reading these words." In between these spiritual declarations are basic advice like think about the clients needs (not yours) and ask questions, but there are not tactical tools on how to do them well.

Don't waste your time on this one. Read other sales books that give specifics and actually empower you.

I know Matthew Ferry, and though I may not agree with everything he teaches, I cannot argue with his spirit and dedication. Matthew is the real deal. He will help you succeed. He's pretty amazing. This book captures some of his zest for sales, but you'd do very well to use this book as an introduction and then see him live.

It is amazing what happens when you let go fo the outcome of the situation and just let it flow and truly have the others interests at heart. Although geared towards salespeople, it speaks to those who have to deal with people period.
