"Kryminalistyka jest nauką praktyczną. Przewaga w tej nauce elementów wiedzy praktycznej nie oznacza, iż jest ona pozbawiona zagadnień teoretycznych. Przykłady stanowią pewne prawa ogólne bądż też hipotetyczne. Prawa ogólne to m.in. naukowo stwierdzone zjawisko indywidualności obrazu linii papilarnych człowieka, cech pisma ręcznego czy głosu, pozwalające na przeprowadzenie badań identyfikacyjnych. Prawem hipotetycznym jest np. przekonanie, iż każde działanie pozostawia ślady. Kryminalistyka nie jest nauką hermetyczną. Jej cele sprawiają, że pewne działy tej nauki powinny być szeroko udostępnione społeczeństwu, by mogło ono skutecznie bronić się przed przestępstwami, sprawcom zaś po to, by zniechęcać ich do podejmowania działalności przestępnej."

Masa przydatnej (w moim wypadku dla pisarza) wiedzy + trochę rzeczy nieaktualnych + minus jedna gwiazdka za wszystkie momenty gdy chciałam rzucić tę cegłę za okno.

This book is brilliant and interesting, even considering that it's written in 70s, for militia.
First of all criminology is science regarding crime and preserving evidence.
Its even about monitoring if food in our daily life isn't poisoned with preservative substances.
It is most about:
-arson
-murder
-infanticide
-a fight and a beating
-Illicit drug and drug trafficking
-sexual offenses (raping, procuring, pimping, pornography)
-avoidance of maintenance obligations
-stealing (with burglary, car and motorbikes, bicycles, pocket money, in self-service shops)
-fencing of stolen property
-fraud
-banditry
-extortion of robbery
-mismanagement
-speculative crime
-falsification (Polish and foreign money, PKO savings books, certificates and diplomas, postage stamps).
-bribery
-smuggling
-illegal production of weapons and ammunition
-illegal distillery
-traffic offenses
Its also how to find out who is the criminal and how it crime has happened.
With duty of police to help wounded victims of needed and if its possible.
Also crimes like having sex with family member are named crimes on genetic ground .
That mental illnesses can prevent from giving legitimate reliable testimony.
That Oligophrenia has three types : idiocy, stupidity (imbecility) or dumbness.
And schizophrenics has emotional impoverishment, that means such has less feelings good or bad. Just ice cold heart as effect of this illness/treatment.
