This is an excellent book for chronic cystitis sufferers. They love it because it helps with pain and stress. Their doctors love its well-researched background. And, their yoga teachers love its simple, clearly laid out exercises. 'Anyone chronic cystitis should have this book. This has so much helpful information in it. I’ve had IC for 4 years and I felt like I had tried it all and my pain was only getting worse. This book gave me a fresh perspective and explained a lot about why I was flaring after doing mild stretches. This book is worth every penny - I spent hundreds of dollars at the physical therapist (which helped a lot), but this book has almost everything they taught me and more in it. Highly recommend!
