Kaleo's work is truly amazing. I found the class I took with him to be one of the most transformative I have had a JFK. This book includes techniques used in several of his arts and consciousness classes, including maskmaking. It also includes several ways to work with qigong as a means of opening up. Highly recommended.

So much what I needed from a book I randomly came across and borrowed on a whim. I definitely need my own copy. Its more of a workbook with anecdotes so maybe not for those who don't have experience with meditation and/or crafting. But still not so difficult that you can't figure it out with some practice. I love that its exactly what it says it is. For people who want to or like to combine their spirituality with crafting or art.
