This was a fun book with some great tips on how to get rid of negativity and be more positive. I liked the questions the book asked and the exercises that the reader could do. This allowed me to look at myself in a different light. I felt more positive after reading the book and think it would be helpful to anyone.

Goodreads has a pretty nifty rating system... because this book was precisely what two stars mean: "It was OK".
