Striking the Match

Church planting movements are similar to wildfires in that both have a small beginning but given the right conditions, they rage and spread to affect everything around them. Spiritually speaking, the goal of any missionary should be to start a "wildfire" that literally changes the cultural landscape of the target area. Most of the time, however, wildfires do not just happen. There must be a source or a catalytic event. In His sovereign grace, the LORD often chooses to use ordinary people as fire starters. e3 Partners Ministries is built upon the premise that God can and does use ordinary people just like you and me to strike the match and change the world. ---- About the George G. Robinson (D.Miss., Western Seminary in Portland, OR) has served e3 Partners Ministries for the past five years in various capacities helping to equip God's people to evangelize the lost and establish new churches around the world. In 2008 he was appointed as Assistant Professor of Missions and Evangelism at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina where he will continue to equip and mobilize churches to engage in the completion of the Great Commission.
