Um livro sobre a preparação, o namoro e o casamento judaico. De uma forma simples e sábia a autora aborda diversos pontos importantes para uma boa relação. O livro, em minha opinião, é interessante para qualquer pessoa, de qualquer religião, pois os conhecimentos que passa são profundos. Está entre os 4 melhores livros sobre relacionamento/casamento que já li, junto de "Feito para durar", "As 5 linguagens do amor" e "Um cônjuge Amante e Amigo".
Uma frase que muito me marcou no livro foi "Para encontrar a pessoa certa, você deve ser a pessoa certa" levando a uma auto-reflexão, proposta pela autora, algo que não encontrei, de forma detalhada, em nenhum outro livro de relacionamento que li até o momento.

I strongly recommend this one for single ladies (even those who are non-jews). Very easy to read and full of aha-moments. I don‘t necessarily agree on everything, but 95% is on point.

Great Book - Learned a lot about Marriage.

I thought the book was very interesting as all Gila’s books are. Obviously, I’m reading it to understand this view, though it really needs to be more balanced. I liked the many examples scattered throughout the book. The chapter about noticing an abusive relationship is informative but I felt a lot of the book is so one sided. A view from the women’s perspective. Either way very informative and a good read. Highly recommend to anyone that’s interested in growing their dating skills and learning more about what it means to get under a chupah.
