Quilting Through Life: Projects for the Mind, Body and Soul by Julia Teters-Zeigler was my May idea read. This was a good read on many levels. Each section contained directions for a specific quilt and a short self-help type essay. The quilts were beautiful, directions clear and essays related to the quilt theme in some way. It was a quick easy read and will be a useful reference.
