I got very little out of this book. One essay had a decent methodology which could be emulated, though it's utterly unspecific to libraries. Overall, the book spends more time describing what Web 2.0 is rather than speculating on how it could be applied in a library/educational context, which is a major failure because I can learn about RSS, Wikis, and Facebook more easily on the net than in a book by LIS practitioners, who have other strengths. The fact that "open source" does not appear in the index is also a little telling.
