The genre of this book is science fiction, and is intended for children ages (P) five to eight. The book is about Bumblebee, Wheelie, and Optimus fighting off Starscream to save Sam and Mikaela. This is a great book for young transformers fans! This book has cartoonlike pictures and they are kid-friendly. There is a moral to this story too. It teaches children that if they have a fight with a friend, they need to talk it out with each other and solve the problem. This is a level two reading book, meaning it is an "engaging story, has longer sentences, and language play for developing readers." This book teaches a great lesson to kids!

It will keep my nephews attention and I hope encourage him to read more. I like that Mikaela was dressed. That was a big bonus for me to buy it. Wish it was a bit longer that is my only complaint.
