Useful when identifying issues of ethical concern at work places and the book can be complemented by Gordon’s Diagnostic Model to solve the identified issues of ethical concern.

In general very good, but I think it fails to differenciate clearly when the author is giving his own opinion and when is solidly founded on other's conclussions. Still, a very good source of information.
