It is argued that, without neglecting efficiency or profits, human well-being should be the first priority of every business. Business Ethics in Action defends the need to orient business to people. Through case studies and pedagogy, this book aids students to apply the foundations and principles of business ethics to real world situations.
Useful when identifying issues of ethical concern at work places and the book can be complemented by Gordon’s Diagnostic Model to solve the identified issues of ethical concern.

Si algo es importante en la empresa, conociendo la doctrina, es la ética, este libro lleva de la mano al empresario que actúa congruentemente y quiere seguir así y al que quiere aprender a serlo. Excelente libro de Domenec.
In general very good, but I think it fails to differenciate clearly when the author is giving his own opinion and when is solidly founded on other's conclussions. Still, a very good source of information.
