This is one of the best technical writing text books I have read. It's very well organized and extremely helpful. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in learning more.

Very thorough review of everything technical writer needs to know. Explained clearly and concisely, there are a lot of exercises that you can follow along with in order to gain a better understanding.
