Some info is useful, most is common sense, and some is flat out incorrect. Such as the trail map that gives the estimate distances between “landmarks”…flat out wrong.

So glad we do not feel the need to climb Mt. Whitney in one day! Two minimum! Love the mile to mile picture and map guide. Very helpful! When hiking the trail I felt like I knew the way and what mile marker would be next just from reading this book. Helped me prepare mentally for the trip.
