Excellent presentation for the Western reader/practioner with good linkage between tai chi and tao, I Ching, Buddhism with some Western psychology interwoven. Gave me a better foundation for understanding tai chi's antecedents.

the author of this book was my tai chi instructor at FIT. he ruled.
