Mike Bickle is the director of the International House of Prayer Missions Base of Kansas City, an evangelical missions organization based on 24/7 prayer with worship that is engaged in many evangelistic and inner city outreaches along with multiple justice initiatives, planting houses of prayer, and training missionaries.

The International House of Prayer has continued in non-stop prayer led by worship teams since September 19,1999, and is committed to combining 24/7 prayers for justice with 24/7 works of justice. Around 1,500 people (staff members, students, interns) serve full-time on the missions base, investing fifty hours per week in the prayer room, classroom, and ministry outreaches. Mike is also the founder of the International House of Prayer University which includes a full-time Bible school, music school, and media school.

Fantastic book for speaking words of LIFE over yourself! I change them up a bit sometimes to personalize them to myself, but these are powerful prayers. They are not hum-drum, dry prayers just written to take up space in the pages like some prayer devotional type books out there, but life-giving and energizing! Mike Bickle has done a great job with this.

A short book focusing on prayer and Bickle includes short acronyms to help the reader grasp his points. He also includes written examples of prayers from his points.

Overall a short but good book on prayer and the importance of intimacy with God. Our loving Father wants to have fellowship with His children so let us come boldly into His presence by His grace.

There is something off about this book. There are truths inside, but there is something that I cannot explain that is off. If you are new to prayer and trying to learn about prayer, I would find another book.

Wonderful prayer tool

This Prayer book has been my personal prayer book and a form of liturgy in my personal spiritual walk and relationship with GOD for several years and is has proved very helpful. The prayers are well thought out and cover nearly every aspect of one's life. They are great if you prefer a consistent prayer list and also if you struggle coming up with original prayers. This prayer book has helped me greatly in having a consistent prayer life.
