Christmas in Camelot

I love these books to introduce my young kids to new cultures, art, history, and people. We listened to Mozart's "The Magic Flute" after reading this book.

This was my first exposure to the Magic Tree House series and I thought the stories were pretty good. I appreciated that they were both entertaining and educational. The boy and girl of the story were good examples of inquisitive children who treated one another with respect and who were willing to take risks as they worked to accomplish the tasks set before them. I'd read/listen to more of these stories.

Once again, Jack and Annie have a couple more adventures in learning and helping others from history. We really enjoyed the Mozart story the best of the two. My ten year old loves this series and I do too! Fun ways to learn history, art, culture- follow it up with the fact trackers and you'll all learn something.
